Polillo Island in Quezon Province is set to become more accessible as Raymond Transportation introduces a new direct bus and RORO route from Manila to Burdeos, Quezon.



The service will officially launch on February 18, 2025, providing a convenient travel option for tourists and residents alike.

Manila - Polillo Island Bus and RORO

The route will begin at Raymond Transportation’s Legarda terminal in Manila, traveling to Ungos Port in Real, Quezon. From there, passengers will board a scenic 2.5-hour ferry to Polillo Port before continuing north by bus to Burdeos. This marks the first-ever direct connection between Metro Manila and Polillo Island, simplifying what was once a multi-leg journey.




"Isang sakay na lang papunta sa magagandang beach ng Polillo Group of Islands!" a representative from Raymond Transportation shared. The company hopes the new route will promote tourism and provide greater connectivity for the island’s residents.


UPDATE

Fare and Cargo Rates:
  • ₱645 Manila to Polillo
  • ₱920 Manila to Burdeos
  • ₱200 Polillo to Burdeos (including the RORO fare)

Cargo Fees:
  • ₱200 per sack of rice
  • ₱250 per tub of fish

Schedule:
  • Departure from Burdeos: 8:00 AM
