Upon completion of the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC), individuals who graduate as sailors in the Philippine Navy are commissioned as Ensigns and will receive a monthly salary of Php 29,945. They are also entitled to an additional monthly allowance of Php 5,750.
Meanwhile, those who graduate as marines in the NOCC will be commissioned as Second Lieutenants and will receive a monthly salary of Php 32,375, also with an additional monthly allowance of Php 5,750.
