Rebooking Cebu Pacific Flight Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does “rebooking” mean?
Rebooking refers to changing the original flight schedule to either an earlier or later travel date. Rebooking a flight can be done as voluntary change or for when your flight gets cancelled by CEB.
Depending on the timing and condition of when the flight schedule is changed, rebooking a flight may or may not incur a fare difference.
- As voluntary change (flight is still scheduled to operate), this can be done up to two (2) hours before the scheduled time of departure. This is subject to a change fee and minimal fare difference.
- For flight disruptions, you can rebook for travel within the next thirty (30) days without fare difference or rebooking/change fee. If beyond thirty (30) days, fare difference will apply. This must be done within thirty (30) days from the disruption notification date. Otherwise, rebooking option is forfeited.
2. When can I rebook my flight?
You can voluntarily rebook your flight from the time of the booking creation until two (2) hours before the scheduled time of departure -- this is subject to a change fee and minimal fare difference.
For flight disruptions, you can rebook for free and travel within the next thirty (30) days from the original flight date. If you want to travel beyond thirty (30) days, this is still possible and may be subject to a minimal fare difference. Please note that rebooking must be done within thirty (30) days from the disruption notification date or when you were notified of the disruption. Otherwise, the rebooking option is forfeited.
3. Am I allowed to rebook my flight less than two (2) hours before the scheduled time of departure?
No. Any voluntary booking changes (including rebooking) made within two (2) hours or less before the scheduled time of departure is not permitted.
4. Do my add-ons automatically get carried over to my newly rebooked flight?
Most add-ons (e.g., seats, baggage) are carried over to your newly rebooked flight
Please note that there are other add-ons that may be forfeited, depending on when you do your rebooking. Examples are as follows:
- CEB Moments are forfeited, if your new flight is rebooked within seventy-two (72) hours from the original scheduled time of departure
- CEB Meals are forfeited, if your new flight is rebooked within twenty-four (24) hours from the original scheduled time of departure.
