Here's How You Can Print Your National ID (ePhilID)

Until the arrival of the National ID in physical form for all citizens, the government is providing printable digital versions that hold the same validity as the tangible cards.

Individuals who have applied for a PhilSys ID or PhilID have the option to request a printed copy of the electronic version, known as the ePhilID. Here's a guide on how to obtain one:

Here's the process for obtaining a printed copy of your digital National ID:

STEP 1: Visit appt.philsys.gov.ph and verify if you have a PhilSys Number.

STEP 2: Schedule an appointment at your preferred registration center.

STEP 3: On the scheduled date, proceed to the registration center and ensure to bring your transaction number and appointment slip.

STEP 4: Collect the printed ePhilID, which serves as a valid proof of identity.

It's important to note that applicants for the ePhilID must personally claim their printed copy during their appointment. For minors, it is necessary for them to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians when claiming their printed ePhilID.

• Philippine Passport from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
• Driver’s License (student, non-professional, and professional) from Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• National ID (PhilID) from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
• GSIS or SSS-issued Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card (UMID)
• PhilHealth ID (digitized PVC)
• Digitized Postal ID from Philippine Postal Corporation or PHLPost
• Voter’s ID or Voter's Certificate from Commission on Election (COMELEC)
• NBI Clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation
• Senior Citizen ID from Local Government Unit (LGU)
• OWWA ID from Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
• Persons with Disabilities (PWD) ID from Local Government Unit (LGU)
