If you are planning to get an NBI Clearance in the Philippines, you need to set an appointment online. The NBI now has a policy of “no appointment, no entry”.

In this guide, I will share important details for getting an NBI Clearance before you go to an NBI clearance center like this one at Robinsons Otis.

Besides NBI, Robinsons Otis also has SSS, PSA and PHLPOST at their Lingkod Pinoy Center.

NBI Clearance Requirements

After doing the appointment online, what you need to bring when claiming your NBI clearance are the following:
  • Application form or reference number (from the online appointment)
  • Payment receipt

If you already Pay NBI Clearance via 7-Eleven, then you need to wait until the schedule come and go to your NBI Branch that you selected before in NBI online application to get your NBI clearance.



Two (2) Valid IDs

Any of the following valid IDs:

Suggestion: bring your own pen for convenience.



Please keep in mind that Non-Government issued IDs such as Company IDs and Barangay Clearance are NOT ACCEPTED in processing NBI clearance. Additionally, a Barangay Certificate is required for First Time Job Seekers availing of the free service under RA 11261.

How much is NBI Clearance?

As of 2022, the NBI Clearance fee is P130 plus a transaction fee of P25 for the e-payment service. It will cost you a total of P155.

How to get to NBI Satellite Office - Robinsons Place Otis

If you are looking to visit the NBI Satellite Office - Robinsons Place Otis for processing your NBI Clearance, here are some public transportation commute options available for you:

From Monumento:
  • Take the LRT (or you can also take the jeepney) going to Baclaran then get off at UN Avenue Station
  • Walk towards Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) until you reach San Marcelino Street
  • From there take Pandacan Transit that passes in front of Robinsons Otis with a sign board Pandacan/Otis/Beata

From Cainta:
  • Take a bus going to Quiapo then get off at SM Manila
  • Ride bus going to Pandacan/Otis/Beata and get off at Robinsons Otis

From Santolan:
  • Take the LRT going to Recto and get off at Pureza Station
  • From Pureza Station, ride a jeepney going to Quiapo/Mendiola/Rotonda Ilalim or Divisoria/Rotonda ilalim, get off after the jeepney crossed Nagtahan Avenue
  • Walk towards KFC then you will see the terminal going to Paco beside the Hospital
  • Ride a jeepney going to Paco and get off at Robinsons Otis.

From Pasig/Mandaluyong:
  • Ride a jeepney with sign board  Quiapo/Mendiola/Rotonda Ilalim and get off after the jeepney crossed Nagtahan Avenue
  • Walk towards KFC then you will see the terminal going to Paco beside the Hospital
  • Ride a jeepney going to Paco and get off at Robinsons Otis.

From Pasay:
  • Take the LRT (or you can also take the jeepney) going to Monumento then get off at UN Avenue Station
  • Walk towards Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) until you reach San Marcelino Street
