In this guide, I list LTO branches in Metro Manila. I am happy that there's an LTO branch near me where I can renew my driver's license.

Things to remember before going to LTO renewal center
- Research carefully and understand everything about driver license in the Philippines.
- Don’t forget to renew your license card before its expiration date. You will have to pay a fine up to Php 250 for a late renewal.
- Book LTO online appointment on the system. Remember to print out the proof of reservation.
- Prepare your medical certificate in advance.
- Complete the application form before heading up to LTO branches
- Bring alongside your expired license card
- Arrive at the LTO branch at least 30 minutes earlier.
- Be careful and stay away from the broker.
Does LTO accept walk-ins?
Yes. LTO still accepts walk-in clients, but it encourages applicants to set their appointments online. You can do so by using the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) portal. If you don’t have an LTMS account yet, sign up here.
What to Bring & to Wear for LTO
When visiting an LTO office, it is recommended to wear your best casual attire, a shirt on top and pants for men, women can also wear skirts below knee. Wearing t-shirts with long or short sleeves is also allowed. Wearing of sando, shorts and any type of slippers are prohibited.
When you visit and transact to any government offices in the Philippines, it's always best to be ready at all times. Ready your pen (preferably with black ink) since you are expected to fill out and sign forms, your documents (and photocopies) and cash for payments (some government offices do accept card payments and digital payment like GCash).
I suggest you to bring a bottle of water and some snacks such as crackers and candies since you might be waiting long in line or for the process of your transaction or document.

LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO)
The Driver’s License Renewal Office or DLRO is an LTO office that primarily focuses on the renewal of driver’s and conductor’s licenses without alarm or change in information.[4] So if your only transaction is the renewal of your driver’s license, you can visit a DLRO instead of heading to the main LTO branch.
For the clientele’s convenience, DLROs are commonly found at malls and commercial centers, such as the following:
