ABOUT ROBINSONS MALL
Robinsons Malls is one of the largest shopping malls and retail operators in the Philippines. It was incorporated on September 9, 1997, by entrepreneur John Gokongwei Jr. to develop, conduct, operate and maintain the Robinsons commercial shopping centers and all related businesses, such as the lease of commercial spaces within the compound of shopping centers.
For the past two decades, Robinsons Galleria has never ceased to enhance its facilities and a as well as in providing more options for its valued customers. In fact, a new Galleria has been revealed through its latest mall developments. No wonder it has become the mall of choice in launching new products and in staging groundbreaking activities which bring together thousands of individuals from all walks in life. Remarkably, Robinsons Galleria is located within a mixed-use complex composed of two high-rise office towers -- the Galleria Corporate Center and the Robinsons-Equitable Tower, deluxe hotels -- the Holiday Inn Galleria Manila and Crowne Galleria Manila, and the Galleria Regency. Employees and guests of these institutions ensure captured markets for the Robinsons Galleria.
Inside, the mall boasts of a grand entrance lobby, and spacious hallways that lead to a four-level al fresco area that overlooks The Plaza, a lushly landscaped open space dotted with water features and an area for live entertainment. The Plaza is where the new Ice Cream House can be found, serving the same old concoctions that we so love. The mall is Wifi enabled, is PWD-friendly, has babycare facilities, a Customer Pay Lounge, Valet Service, and monitored taxi service. A concierge facility is also on hand to provide the best customer service. The old Magnolia Ice Cream House may be no more but in Robinsons Magnolia, there is now a wonderful new place to create happy, lasting memories.
It also houses one of the leading BPO/call center companies in the country today. Established in September 2007, Robinsons Otis provides a convenient shop-dine-and-go mall for the people of Paco and nearby districts. As the second Robinsons Mall to be mounted on the city of Manila, it ushers the Robinsons malling experience to reach out to more customers in the region.
This two-level shopping mall also houses anchor stores Handyman, Robinsons Appliances, Robinsons Supermarket and Daiso Japan. Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center, a one-stop service facility, will also open soon to serve the public. This facility will house satellite offices of Philhealth, SSS, Philpost and PAGIBIG.
Its accessibility to major business districts and population centers such as Ortigas, Makati, Taytay, Antipolo, Angono, Binangonan and other municipalities of Rizal has positioned Robinsons Cainta as an essential portal in the Eastern Manila district.
"Activities can be held in the Grand Atrium, the central area. The main passage is like a curved spine which marries the front and rear of the mall. In between are various stores on both sides," says Coscolluela. The stores and dining outlets are arranged in a way that one can rest between shopping bouts. The park-like atmosphere is recreated in the food court with its woodsy interiors, skylights and plantings that recreate the outdoor feel.

In March 2016, John Gokongwei, Jr.'s son, Lance Gokongwei took over the leadership of Robinsons Malls following his retirement. Robinsons Malls has also its branches in China under the Robinsons Galleria name.

Robinsons Manila (formerly Robinsons Place Manila), also known as Robinsons Ermita and Robinsons Place Ermita, is a large shopping mall located in Ermita, Manila, Philippines. It is the largest Robinsons Mall ever built. Robinsons Manila is located beside the University of the Philippines Manila and the Philippine General Hospital, and is built at the site of the former Ateneo de Manila Campus before it moved to Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

The first major expansion of the mall happened when it opened its Padre Faura Wing in June 2000. The mall was further expanded in 2006 when the nearby Midtown Hotel was demolished to make way for the construction of its Midtown Wing and the Adriatico Place Residences. Robinsons Manila is connected to two high-rise residential condominiums: the 37-storey twin tower Robinsons Place Residences, and the triple tower Adriatico Place Residences.
