Follow these steps to cash in directly at the cashier of an over-the-counter partner.
STEP 1: Visit an over-the-counter partner and inform the cashier that you would like to cash in your GCash wallet.
STEP 2: Provide your GCash-registered number and cash in amount.
STEP 3: Pay the amount and wait for the cashier to confirm and print the receipt.
STEP 4: You will receive an SMS confirmation for the successful cash in.
How can I cash in over-the-counter via Barcode?
Follow these steps to cash in over-the-counter:
- Visit an over-the-counter partner and inform the cashier that you would like to cash in your GCash wallet.
- On your GCash App, tap Cash In.
- Select Over the Counter.
- Choose to view a GCash Partner Outlet or tap the Generate Barcode button.
- Input the preferred Cash In amount and click Next. Show the cashier the generated barcode.
- Pay the amount and wait for the cashier to confirm and print the receipt.
You will receive an SMS confirmation for the successful cash in.
