For the past few months, Gidlike.com has been copying my articles word-for-word without my permission. Thanks to Semrush, an SEO-focused, keyword research and online ranking data company, I have just found this out lately!

According to Semrush, they have connected at least 190 links to my site and now ranked as 5th referring domain to morefunwithjuan.com (at least they are dofollow links).

Although they linked back some of my blogs, they have been re-posting all my write-ups since March 2022. Roughly 50 articles as of writing. They may even repost this exact article you are reading.

Why am I whining about this?
Well, for me it's not a deadly sin to re-write or re-purpose my works online as long as they have my permission which is first and foremost they did not have from me.
Another thing is that these blogs of mine are vanishing on Google Search. For some reasons, when I tried to search for a title of one of my recent articles, Google Images show MY OWN image on their website.
Another website with domain name: nayaonlinekhabar.com has been also showing my recent works on Google Images which I also didn't give permission to. Both of them do the same strategy on copying my works.
Did I mention that it is not only my site has been violated by these copycats? They've been reposting A LOT of articles on their websites from several websites or blogs (original source). The sad thing is that these re-written articles are ranking over the original ones.

Imagine, more than 70,000 keywords are found for NayaOnlineKhabar which only started in April of 2022. More than 3 folds of what I have for morefunwithjuan.com which is only 20,000 as of writing. It's just unfair. Not only for me, but for possible hundreds of website owners or bloggers they have copied from.
It's just sad to know the truth that other people will take advantage of you. My website has just started to make an impression on Google Search recently. I have been writing on this site for more than 5 years now and I studied SEO and other things about blogging. I am just starting to benefit more after 5 years worth of work. Then suddenly, these people will show up and will ruin what I have started.
Just a few days ago, I have seen another website that copies my recent works. I don't know why they are doing this since morefunwithjuan.com is just beginning to fly this year. viralvideo.ph has been reposting my recent articles, too. But in their case, they just copy a few paragraphs, then linked the rest to my website. Does that make them half-guilty? I don't know.
How am I resolving this?
Well, just right after I found these disgusting actions from these websites, I logged on to my Search Console and reported copyright infringement for each of them. In this way, the copied articles will now be shown on Google Search at least. But technically, they will still have my blogs unless, they decide to personally delete them from their websites.

Some of the links have been removed on Google Search as of writing. Some, I don't know yet. I even sent comments on those websites, warned them to remove the copied content since they don't have options to be contacted via message or email. But that didn't work.

Well, I started this site as my personal journal for my travels and experiences, giving free information to all of you, my readers. Obviously, morefunwithjuan.com is monetized but with little revenue. I'm not even getting earnings on a monthly basis.
Blogging is fun yet hard to do. I must put more energy, time and even money just to make this work. It is just getting harder when these things happen along the way. I only found 3 of them as of writing, there maybe more. I don't know.
For now, I will leave it here and hope that they will remove all of my works on their sites SOONEST.
