The first step in scheduling a visit to Baguio City is to register for an account with Baguio VISITA, a new tourism assistance project by the city government, in partnership with the Department of Tourism and the Tourism Promotions Board. VISITA stands for VISitor Information and Travel Assistance.

Victory Liner Types of Buses
Victory Liner offers two types of Manila to Baguio bus accommodations.
- Regular Airconditioned Bus
45- to 49-seater airconditioned bus in 2×2 configuration, with on-board television. - First Class

Victory Liner runs a 24-hour transportation service. Their buses have hourly intervals per trip.
