Nice Carlene Junsay, owner of Nicelybaked, shared that she wanted to challenge herself by creating a version of the viral “rice cake.”
“I actually had the idea just this morning when I saw the viral photo of the [cake]. I posted it as a challenge for myself to recreate the cake. I thought how amazing and fulfilling it would be if I can create a cake that actually looks like a cup of rice,” Junsay shared.
The cake, which measures 4×2 inches, is available in chocolate and red velvet flavors.
After her post went viral, Junsay bared that she is now flooded with orders and even had to “extend working hours” just to answer all the inquiries.
“[My] inbox is so full at the moment. I am a one-woman team since I only run a small business. I had to call for back up to be able to respond to all queries,” she added.
