A short hike from the Twin Lakes Shopping Village along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway down to Twin Lakes Hotel will offer you a glimpse of the terraced vineyard that straddles the entire length of the hotel all the way to the low-rise condominium clusters of The Vineyard Residences.
The harvest season will be between March and April. This will be a perfect time for guests wanting to experience how it feels like to roam the grounds of vineyards at Napa Valley in California.
THE VINEYARD RESIDENCES
The Vineyard Residences is a low-rise residential condominium with a clear view of the vineyard from above. The 2.6-hectare project comprises three clusters; namely Chardonnay, Merlot, and Shiraz.
Chardonnay is a six-story condominium with a total of 70 units, Merlot with 81 units in seven residential levels, and Shiraz with five residential floors with a total of 94 units. It offers a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, each with an elegant interior that will make you feel like you are on vacation in Europe.

Most buses going to Twin Lakes from Manila are stationed in Pasay City. The travel time from Manila to Tagaytay is around 2 to 3 hours, with a minimum of Php 100.00 fare, depending on the bus company. Always look for buses going to “NASUGBU – TWIN LAKES”.
For private transportation
Driving to Tagaytay City via private car is easy and convenient. It will only take you 1 to 1.5 hours by driving through South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) then exit at Sta. Rosa Exit. From there, it’s a straight drive going to Tagaytay.
