Due to today's demand in eating food, we wanted everything fast and instant - forgetting about our health. Thanks to Organico Gourmet - you can now have healthy options!
This restaurant inside La Bella Tagaytay offers home-cooked meals using organic ingredients to promote healthy food to its customers. NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED 💯
Founded in Mandaluyong, Chef Gloria de Vera, the founder, put up Organico Gourmet that serves organic and all-natural food, including a whole range of cold-pressed juice made from 80% vegetables and 20% fruits.
The juices, processed through a slow juicer that keeps enzymes alive, can be enjoyed with the food at the restaurant or bought in bottled form to take home.
They spice up their dishes with nothing but natural seasoning and herbs. They were in a search for another location where they can expand their aim to serve healthy and delicious food in a comfy casual setting at affordable prices in Tagaytay.
We had all our meals here. They offer wide selection of delectable dishes, and their food made us feel at home.
The menu composed of different food such as appetizers, soups, salads, seafood, chicken, pork, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, yes, steaks, rice bowls and desserts.

Since we stayed at La Bella for a couple of nights, we had to look for a place to dine to fill our tummies. Since the hotel is located in a rural residential area where common place to eat were a bit far (or hard to travel to), we took advantage of trying out what's inside.
Good thing, there's Organico Gourmet!
We had these platters on our dinner partnered with their signature Pinakbet.
The Organic Pork Adobo was tasty and served with a separate soy sauce (or sabaw). On the other hand, their Organic Pork Bbq is sweet and perfectly grilled. Both served with sides and a slice boiled egg.

I also love their fruit juice. The one served to us tasted a real pineapple with the right sweetness.
The next day, we had our breakfast from here. Their selections were mostly "Silog" matched with hot coffee or iced tea.
The Beef Tapa on the other hand is sweet and tender. It is good to be partnered with sour dip especially made by them. It was best match with the garlic rice.
Both were served with eggs and sides such as atsara.
Lunch time!
To complete our experience, we came here back for lunch. This time we tried other platters they offered. The Organic Chicken Adobo is somewhat similar to their Organic Pork Adobo. They still separate the sauce for your options. Still tasted great!
I also tried their Boneless Bangus. It was deep fried and a bit crunch on the outside but tasted really good also on the inside. Both were paired with sides and egg.
Lastly, their Chopsuey was nice and the serving was plenty, enough for sharing.
