Thai Mango (Thai Mango PH) started their venture in November 2017 to provide healthy options through their products such as mango shake (or the Thai Mango), Pad Thai (Thailand delicacy) and Mango Sticky Rice. They currently operate at two different venues - Blue Bay Walk and Mercato Centrale.
WHAT TO TRY
As of today, they focus on three products to provide the best quality of each one.Thai Mango
Mango Float or Mango Shake is top trending beverage today. Business owners and creative products have to catch up on the high demand in the mango industry. Good thing that you are now having more options on where to find your favorite drink/dessert.
Pad Thai
Pad thai, or phad thai, is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at most restaurants in Thailand. We personally haven't tried it yet until we found out that Thai Mango has it.One thing I love with their Pad Thai is that they cook it in front of you and serve it hot and fresh. The noodles is cooked fried then they top it with seasoning and tofu. It's very tasty and heavy to stomach. One serving can satisfy you or can be shared too.
Sticky Rice
Another unique food they offer is this mango sticky rice. Haven't seen one in the Philippines any besides Thai Mango.Mango sticky rice is a traditional Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango and coconut milk, and eaten with a fork, spoon, or sometimes the hands.
HOW TO GET THERE
Mercato Centrale is now easy to find with the help of today's navigation technology. If you are going with your private vehicle, you can just use Waze or Google Maps, search "Mercato Centrale" and use it as your destination. However, I don't see a parking available for customers around the vicinity. But you can park at the nearby areas like Fort Strip.Or you can Book a Grab ride straight to Mercato Centrale.
