TAGAYTAY FOOD TRIP: Lady Christine's Baby Back Ribs

As we go on our adventure to find new food destination in Tagaytay, we aimed to look for something western to widen our variety of options to present to you guys. ;)

And we were not disappointed to find Lady Christine's Baby Back Ribs in Fora Mall, Tagaytay Rotunda. The ambience of the restaurant is not overwhelming, and the manager herself is the one making sure that we have all we need during our stay.

For traveling parents like us, we were so relieved to know that they have high chairs for babies/toddlers. You will all understand when you have your own little monster travelling/dining with you. A high chair is heaven sent each time! :D

Lady Christine's Baby Back Ribs' had a humble beginning as a take out counter which offered its best seller baby back ribs.

The texture, softness, moisture and mouth-watering taste of the baby back ribs into perfection was not a walk-in-the-park experience for the restautant owners. It took them a lot of experiment and experience to achieve the meat's present quality and taste.

Lady Christine's opened its first franchised outlet in Bacoor, Cavite. In line with its success, they opened their second franchised outlet in Dasmarinas, Cavite. And boy we are glad to find their branch in Tagaytay!

After years of hardwork, Lady Christine's Baby Back Ribs has reached its extra ordinary texture, fall-off-the-bone meat and mouth-watering taste which is topped by its perfected and incomparable sauce that will set it apart from other baby back ribs you have tried.

Aside from their baby back ribs, they also offer other delectable food on their menu!

Here are the food we tried:

Garden Salad - the vegetables are fresh and the salad dressing is so refreshing
Pork BBQ - tender pork, (we want to steal tha marinate recipe for this one!) and the flavored rice served with it is a meal itself
Chicken Meal - Dreep fried crispy chicken then grilled for a twist of yummy goodness!
Carbonara - perfectly seasoned, and did I mention generous chunks of bacon? Wala na. Finish na!
Triple Delight Bunwich - this 3-meat pattie burger is very good for those who are meat lover. It has pork, beef and bacon in it partnered with veggies and dressing. Kumbaga, nasa iyo na ang lahat sa isang bunwich lang!
Smoothie (Banana Strawberry and Banana Mango) - this isn't any powdered or instant fruit shakes. We can taste the real fruit blends of the smoothies. So gooood!
Mango Mania - this dessert is perfect to end your food experience here. The mango is spot on! If you are into cold desserts, then this is a must-try!

Via Private Vehicle

Search "Fora Tagaytay" on Waze or Google Maps. Lady Christine's Baby Back Ribs is inside the mall.

Via Public Transportation
Catch a jeepney, tricycle or bus en route or will pass by Tagaytay Rotunda. Drop-off Fora Tagaytay.
