MY STAYCATION EXPERIENCE

When I heard that Ocean Blue Properties has this floor to ceiling window unit in the SMDC Breeze Residences, I was excited to see and experience what it offers. So we contacted them and book for two nights for the complete experience.

Upon arrival, we were assisted by the host from the lobby going to the unit at 38th floor. Yup, it is located at the top level of the building, giving you the most spectacular view of the Manila Bay and the rest of the city!

WHAT'S INSIDE

  • - The most unique, colorful unit in Breeze
  • - Large flat screen smart TV
  • - Two air conditioners! 
  • - Floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the views
  • - Fast WiFi; 32 down, 3 up
  • - Private balcony
  • - Queen bed with high quality upgraded mattress
  • - Sofa bed
  • - Closet
  • - Kitchen with 2 hotplate stoves and all the essentials
  • - Fridge and Microwave
  • - Dining table with seating for 4
  • - Bathroom with enclosed shower with rainshower

The whole unit is clean and neat. It has a colorful vibe that is good to my eyes. I love the lights which compliments with the whole room especially at night.

 Their kitchen is a complete package! You can cook your own food on their electric stove using the utensils available from it. You can also use their microwave, coffee maker, water kettle and refrigerator.
The whole living room has its own aircondition and there's another one in the bedroom.

 Their restroom has wash area with mirror, a toilet and shower with shower curtain/sliding door. You have your option to have a hot or cold shower, too! They also provided a complimentary soap and shampoo during the stay along with towels.

The best part for me is their bedroom - where it has the floor to ceiling window giving you the perfect view of Manila Bay, Pasay and Manila cities! You can even see the buildings of Makati and BGC in Taguig from the other side of the room.

But what I really love the most is their FREE WIFI!! Forget about your 3G or 4G phones, it's 32mbps fast! What even better is that the LED TV is also connected to their internet where you can watch YouTube or Netflix from it.

At night, it gives you an amazing view of city lights. Ang sarap matulala. I love the view. It's like you are on the top of a mountain overlooking a city.

 PLUS! On a Friday night, you can also witness a fireworks display from SM Mall of Asia. Bring your binoculars or any camera with a super zoom lens to get the best viewing experience!

OTHER AMENITIES

SMDC Breeze Residences let their guest use their amenities such as playground and swimming pool. Entrance here is FREE. However, they require a fee of P150 for each guest who'd like to use the pool.

WHERE TO EAT OR BUY FOOD

There are cafe's and restaurant at the ground level of the building. You can buy grocers from Alfamart or dine at Classic Savory inside The Breeze Mall.

Or you can dine to a nearby restaurant like Muhan Unlimited Samgyupsal along Taft Avenue in Malate.
