Chickenanaman! is the newest place to eat Chicken Inasal in Taguig! Opened in June 2018, it already gathered a crowd in the city.

This restaurant is located at the center of one of the busiest place in Taguig - "Triumph". Luckily, we we're able to speak to its owner. He explained that he would like all people (middle to lower class) experience dining in like they are at Greenbelt. I actually noticed it on their interior design. It's like eating at your favorite chicken inasal chain with better ambiance and dining experience.



BACOLOD CHICKEN INASAL

I've been to Bacolod before but didn't have a chance to dine and eat a chicken inasal there. However, there's one restaurant in Dumaguete I have eaten what they call "chicken inato". That was good and I can compare it at least to Chickenanaman's.

Of course, before Chickenanaman there's Mang Inasal, Chic-boy, Bacolod Chicken Inasal and more. These giants already served us like we are eating at a "fast food chain". Chickenanaman gives you a different feel.

 You see, they serve a plate of their Chicken Inasal (paa or pecho) with Java rice and sides. The chicken tastes good and tender.

Since it is rainy season, it was good that we tried their La Paz Batchoy.
We also tried their Liempo. OMG! This is one of my favorite to date! Why? I haven't find any liempo with that crispy (hindi nanlalaban) skin of pork! It is also tasty and savory.

Partner them with their House Blend Iced Tea and Mango Shake for desserts.

OUR REVIEW

Here are the things we notice during our stay and dining here:
  • The whole place is well airconditioned.
  • There are plenty of seat without compromising the space.
  • Their kitchen is see-through. You can see what they do from cooking your meal to serving it to you.
  • They have variety of menu. Mostly originated from Bacolod, Negros.
  • UNLI RICE! for some of their meals.
  • Kudos to the cleanliness of the whole place including the restroom.

HOW TO GET THERE

Chickenanaman is located in the middle of the residential area in south part of Taguig. Since it is crowded by the residents, their public transportation is non-stop.

 Here's a quick guide I made for you:
From EDSA
Catch a bus en route to FTI (Arca South). Dropoff the terminal and look for a tricycle en route to "Triumph". Dropoff the last stop where you can see a Jollibee. Chickenanaman is just across it.

 From C5
Catch a jeepney en route to FTI (Arca South). There are jeepneys coming from Guadalupe going straight to FTI. Dropoff the terminal and do the same as above.

 From Pasig
Catch a jeepney en route to Bicutan or Bagumbayan. Drop off New Lower Bicutan (boundary of Hagonoy) where you can see a 7 Eleven at the corner of the intersection. Look for a red tricycle en route to "Triumph". Dropoff the last stop where you can see a Jollibee and look for Chickenanaman.
But if you have your own vehicle (car or motorbike), you can just search Chickenanaman on Google Maps or Waze app. Here's its exact location on the maps:
